Birth Packages

Birth Essentials: $1800

This package includes:

• Three prenatal visits to discuss the birth care plan and to practice comfort measures
• One sixty minute massage between contract signing and twelve weeks postpartum
• 10% off any additional massage services for anyone in your household
• On call labor support from 37 weeks until birth
• Immediate postpartum and feeding support after birth as needed
• One postpartum visit, which typically includes some pampering, assistance with the feeding method(s) of choice (if needed), and birth debrief

Perinatal Plus: $2300

This package includes:

• Three prenatal visits to discuss the birth care plan and to practice comfort measures
• Two 60 minute prenatal massages and one 90 minute pre-labor massage
  • Plus 15% off any massage treatment through 3 months postpartum
• Assistance writing both a birth and a postpartum care plan
• On call labor support from 37 weeks until birth
• Immediate postpartum and feeding support after birth as needed
• One postpartum visit, which typically includes some pampering, assistance with the feeding method(s) of choice (if needed), and birth debrief
• Postpartum 60 minute hot stone massage
• Choice of one of the following:
  • Three additional 60 minute massages to be used any time up through 3 months postpartum
  • Free personalized birth and/or baby care preparation class (4 hours of private education)
  • Eight hours of complementary postpartum doula hours
  • Placenta encapsulation through Monarch Placentas

Doula and Birth Photography

Doulatog Essentials: $2100

This package includes:

• Three prenatal visits to discuss the birth care plan, desired photos, and to practice comfort measures
• One sixty minute massage between contract signing and twelve weeks postpartum
• On call labor support from 37 weeks until birth
• Immediate postpartum and feeding support after birth as needed
• 50+ fully edited birth photos
• One postpartum visit, which typically includes some pampering, assistance with the feeding method(s) of choice (if needed), and birth debrief

Doulatog Deluxe Package $2800

This package includes:

• Two prenatal visits to discuss the birth care plan and to practice comfort measures
• Assistance writing both a birth and a postpartum care plan
• Two 60 minute prenatal massages and one 90 minute pre-labor massage
  • Plus 15% off any massage treatment through 3 months postpartum
• On call labor support from 37 weeks until birth
• Immediate postpartum and feeding support after birth as needed
• 50+ fully edited birth photos
• One postpartum visit, which typically includes some pampering, assistance with the feeding method(s) of choice (if needed), and birth debrief

This package includes:

• Phone and text support throughout pregnancy and postpartum
• One sixty minute massage between contract signing and twelve weeks postpartum
• Three prenatal visits to discuss the birth care plan and to practice comfort measures
• One postpartum pampering session, which includes assistance with the feeding method(s) of choice (as needed), and birth debrief

Double Doula (available in any current package at the same price)

I believe in mentoring and truly believe that one of the best ways to learn is jumping in, hands on! As such, I offer shadowing opportunities to newer doulas at no additional cost to my clients. Any of my packages can include an extra set of hands and a fresh perspective!

Postpartum Services

Postpartum Care à la carte

These postpartum hours can be booked as needed or added on to existing postpartum or birth packages, in 4 hour minimums for daytime hours or 8 hour minimums for overnight hours.

• Daytime: $40/hour
• Nighttime: $50/hour

Postpartum Pampering $350

This 3 hour service is currently only available to my birth or postpartum clients, or with the recommendation of a trusted doula or midwife. This pampering includes:

• A favorite treat to enjoy
• A foot soak with Epsom salts (client’s choice of scented or unscented)
• A sixty minute Hot Stone massage
• Bengkung Belly Binding
  • During this service, I teach the client and/or their partner how to do it so they can repeat as wanted

Massage Services

Prices are tabulated by length of service and location and are as follows:

Specialty Treatments

• Song of Salt and Sun: $140
  • 90 minute service
    • A luxury treatment that starts with an exfoliating back scrub, hot stones and a moisturizing mask on the back, followed by a full body hot stone treatment and foot scrub. Feel the sweet heat of beach days while in the blissful relaxation of a massage.
• Symphony of Fire and Frost: $165
  • 2 hour service
    • A therapeutic treatment that incorporates the decompression of fire cupping with the soothing chill of cold stones, reflexology, and finishes with cool Gua Sha and anti-inflammatory ice globes for the face.
• Prenatal Polyphony: $135
  • 90 minute service
  • A polyphony is a piece of music that has two or more independent melodies woven throughout, just as prenatal massage is supporting both expectant parents and their babies. The ultimate prenatal experience: prenatal massage on supportive cushions for the ultimate comfort, followed by a moisturizing belly mask, hair oil, and a foot scrub.

Every family deserves access to a quality doula and any person in pain or discomfort deserves the healing touch of massage. If price is a concern, please reach out. I offer payment plans and barter options on a case by case basis. Teen parents and other under served communities are my priority, but I will work to ensure pricing fairness.
