The fact is that breastfeeding is very natural. It’s something most babies are able to do with the right support. The secret? It’s not natural like breathing. It’s not natural like your heart beating.

  • I often challenge my clients to not use the hospital bed *as a bed* until or unless they need to. There are so many other places to labor, even in the hospital. Where did you labor?   • I had such a great time at #DavisCountyPride2023 last weekend! I helped run the booth for @northernutahdoula with @BountifulDoulas to show the community in Northern Utah that there are birth workers that support diverse families! I had the wonderful opportunity to be on the planning committee for @Davisprideut for the second year and was blown away by the volunteers, speakers, performers, and our incredible community coming together. I can't wait for #DavisCountyPride2024! Davis County Pride is still fundraising for future events and to become a nonprofit.
